This event will provide a very Lively start to COSMIC's brand new project, Lively Leadership, which will provide new Mentoring support for Leaders in social enterprise.
Funded by Capacity Builders, the aim of this initiative is to provide Leaders (and prospective Leaders) in existing, new and emerging Social Enterprises, with mentoring support in order to help you develop your confidence, competence and commitment in order to inspire your organisations and your people with passion and a sense of shared purpose.
The project will give leaders at all levels an opportunity to realise their full potential and access the most appropriate support available including the ground-breaking use of ICT both through the project and through other sources. The programme will be flexible and will be tailored to the individuals’ needs and aspirations.
You should come along if you are currently working in a social enterprise, or you are keen to start one. People should also attend if they are interested in supporting the project as partners or if you are a Mentor and would be interested in finding out more about the opportunities involved.
The launch will provide further information about how the programme of mentoring, workshops and online support will operate, and provide plenty of opportunity to interact with the project team and get a clearer picture of some of the ways in which leadership development through mentoring can help you.
